Poirot, Christie’s iconic Belgian sleuth, takes centre stage in this novel. The titular murder takes place when an American businessman is murdered overnight on the train, and the corridor of passengers from all walks of life become suspects. Poirot has to contend with a number of suspects who are reluctant to talk to him to try to work out who pulled off this heinous deed. 

We promise no spoilers, but fans of Christie will know that this book pulls one of her wildest punches. The ending plot twist will leave any reader reeling, unless you’re smart enough to have already guessed the truth!
